Been putting off posting the latest news but got to the point where I thought I would let the old cat out of the bag!
The history
Well the house has been on the market for 17 months fell through twice. Once when the people were supposed to have no chain and lied, they has a shop that fell through. 2nd time the people messed me about then before the contract was signed like the day before changed their mind and decided not to move.
I have PR and this expires in November so got to get over.
Well I accepted an offer on the house the end of July there is no chain. Survey is done everything appears ok but still no contract signed. I rang the solicitors and suggested the 7th Oct and the buyers came round friday with their parents. They are saying its ok and have their mortgage aproval. But am still waiting for that contract.
Rang the shippers they can do it but am booked up and am squeezing it in.
Looked at flights and they are booking up fast and have put a hold on a flight that goes out on the 9th Oct with Quantus stopping off in Singapore for 3 nights and arriving in Napier on the 14th Oct. They are going to hold the flights for me untill thursday then I will try and hold them again. My mother is coming along too for 2 weeks to have a look she is in her late 70's and always wanted to go to Singapore also wants to know where I am going!
Going to ring golden arrow tomorrow.
So fingers crossed everyone as Blue might be on her way!

Yes all things crossed, as we've just got a buyer for ours, were selling while we can as we once missed on getting to AUS because a buyer pulled out 3 days b4 we were flying :-(

Well I've decided to go for it!
Gave in my notice at work yesterday. They are having a leaving party for me on the 27th
Booked Golden Arrow to pick up the fur family on the 1st
organised car to be steam cleaned and delieverd to the depot at White and Co this will be on my last day at work too after I finish.
Party for friends and family also on the !st
Cancelling everything I need to cancel and give notice on
Just got garden stuff to clean and the dreaded shippers list to fill out. Just cant justify the number of pairs of shoes I have. Keep looking at the form and putting it down.
Daughter and son in law taking me to the airport and seeing me off on the 9th.
Hectic stressfull time to say the least!
