You can;t attach them directly - you have to host them somewhere on the internet and then link to them. Does your ISP provide you with any webspace? If so, then FTP the pics up, if not then there are a few free hosting sites around (I think MSN does one) that you can use. Have a google round and I'm sure you'll find one :)

You don't need to host the pics on the web anymore - you can simply use the Manage Attachments option below the screen where you type your message.
