Has anyone every had to claim on their insurance.

Even though we did not claim, there were a couple of little things damaged, it was just not worth the paperwork to claim for....

Yes...we had to claim for goods damaged in transit. To be honest it's a real pain in the backside. You end up having your claim go through the moving company, in our case AngloPacific (who charged us for this service even though they had caused the damage!) who supposedly fast track the claim.

Like all insurance companies - They don't mind taking the money, but they hate paying out!

The whole process took us around 4/5 months to claim our money.
