Hi

If you get a work permit or holiday working visa for that matter, is it possible to enter the country on the visa and then return home for 2 weeks half way through the permit and then go back to New zealand.

I need to return home after one year to attend a wedding, would I have to ask for a special permit or is it ok to enter the country a few times with the same permit?

Can't answer to the working holiday visa, but for a work visa the answer is yes. Have just checked the paper work and it says "the work visa will be valid for multiple journeys".

hopefully, even if we do enter on a holiday working visa, this would have been changed into a working permit while we are in NZ. :) :nice1

My working holiday visa states that it is valid for as many entries as you need. No problem!
