I know I've seen this on here somewhere, but for the life of me I can't find the thread again...but mortgage rates in NZ - what income multipliers are used? Similar to the UK - i.e. 3x combined salary or ~4x single salary?

Current rates Kiwibank have a 7.35 rate for 3 years
