About half way down this page is a link to download a map of all suburbs. It's actually all the neighborhoods around the CBD too, in what I would call central Wellington. I found this to be very helpful for a general understanding of where say Brooklyn in in relation to the CBD. It doesn't have streets or anything, but it's been helpful enough for me to get general ideas.
Please post if you've found a searchable street map of Wellington. I know the one of Auckland, but haven't found one yet for Welly.
