I need to get a humble HND assessed by NZQA. Their website specifies (generally for all assessments) that they need to see high school qualifications, employment records/references, course transcripts etc.

My occupation doesn't require registration in NZ, my college and HND awarding body (Scotvec, now SQA) cannot supply me with any more details other than what's on my certificate.

Can anyone tell me how stringent the NZQA are? Should I just send them what I've got and not bother with work references (which I'll need for the immigration folks anyway, but I'm not at that stage yet).

Any help appreciated.
Cheers
Billy

Billy,

is this just for EOI or PR?

My husband has a HND in electrical engineering and he just put down datesof claim, college, date of exam and examining board on the EOI.

We are not at PR stage yet so can't help there

I got a preliminary assessment done by the NZQA for the EOI (mine is SCOTVEC as opposed to BTEC, and not on the immigration 'exempted' list).

My requirement now is for the ITA.
