I've just realised that I start way too many threads in here!

Oh well.

In America, we have something called the Multiple Listing Service which shows online the houses from all the realtors in a given city or state or beyond in some cases. I can't seem to find anything like that in NZ, and I end up going from one realtor's site to the next to find houses. If such a thing exists, please tell me! If not, here is a wonderful business idea for you.

One thing to note, the NZ equiv of an MLS does not seem to list everything, or if it does there is a bit of a delay so you really need to work with a realtor from each company if you want to get a good sense of what is out there. It is a pain but probably the best way to go. The house we bought had not been advertsied before we made our offer.

Thank you. I'd notice what CLG said, there seems to be some things that don't end up on the REALENZ site. Who knows why? Real estate is my addiction...
