This might be a really stupid question but do radios from the UK work OK in NZ?
I was thinking about getting a wind up one for the disaster kit (bit of forward planning) and just wanted to make sure.
Any info gratefully received which will probably send me off red faced to hide in a corner!! :o :o

Dougal, for your information before you go hiding in that corner, the radio bandplans are agreed intenationally and are reasonable constant the world over. If you are talking about FM radio, then a good resource is on the following link:

This is a NZ based website and gives information about all things broadcast radio. Hope this helps....
