There was a big piece on the news about this last night with this couple. I must say it did bring back a few shivering reminders of the late 80's, miras ruling, property boom, huge property slump scenario. Scary.

still havent found out how much we will make on the house sale as the Solicitors boobed again!....got to ring tomorrow.

oh well too late now, ensconced in hotel MIL and debt free for the first time in 20yrs!

thinking of back packing with ' Bob' for a few mths around NZ in May 06....must be the 40 syndrome kicking in!(well the MIL offered to have the boys!)
