As we are inching our way forward to moving to NZ I am thinking of what I might miss from the Isle of Man, and kept thinking I may miss the lovely views from my window, the sea, the rolling hills, all very beautiful - until I saw this...

Not a patch on what we have here or that we could afford this house (I wish :yes ) but it's now going to be my "pick me up" when I get a bit stressed and anxious about how slow everything is progressing.

I imagine laying in that bath, bathing in those stunning views... :D

This has to be the best I've seen yet, although happy to take up the challenge with any others... :)

The search I did was for a max of 300,000 NZD - although I don't believe for one moment that this falls within that range.

If so I'm on the next plane out :laugh

Why would it show a house worth more than 300K if you did a max search on it of 300K :confused:

The only way that could be worth 300K if it is the auction starting price.

There are some nice houses in that price range around that area though, thanks for the link will use this site. I also have the same budget as you could possible go up to 350K. I hope you find something nice :)

We found that when we were searching for houses, we would put in a max price. All the houses that were listed as P.O.A (which I presume means price on application) would also be shown. Abit misleading at times.
