I have been growing my hair for about 8 months now and its at the messy quite long but not too long stage. Are kiwis going to judge me on my appearance when looking for jobs? I would be gutted if i have to get it cut. In 6 months It will look much better :)

Well I soon regretted employing myself but couldnt fire me because I was in the union ;)

Have you considered asking a hair stylist if they can help your hair grow out gracefully? A in-between length can be such a pain, but hopefully not disastrous.

My barber thins it out occasionally. I will go and see him maybe next week and see if he can tidy it a little.
