Hi chaps,
I have received my ITA for me and mine as a skilled migrant :) , but we didn't include our eldest son (19 year old) as he is already working, and was had his own flat, so couldn't be classed as dependant on us. Now he has moved home again so does this mean he is dependant on us? (he is really as his pay is only mninimum wage-ish).
Can i add him to my application or does he need his own?
His partner is now also thinking about coming with him, what permit is easiest for him (23 year old) WTR or Woking holiday?
Gonna email my case officer with this one but wonder what you all think.
