My husband and I are filing from the US and have just completed all of our medical stuff. But we've suddenly had a panic question. We didn't receive any medical forms in our ITA package, so we just printed out all of the forms from the internet. Is this a problem? Is there anything additional that we'll need?
Oh, one more question while we're at it. We need to send in our "qualifications" from our university. Will the transcripts which show our marks as well as the degrees received do, or do we need to sent in the actual degree.
On a side note, we've got some interviews set up and leave for a quick visit in a weeks time to try to find jobs. We really hope that we get some job offers.

Downloading the medical forms (NZIS 1007) from the internet is fine. I recently turned in my ITA. They did send me the medical forms with the ITA, but I still used the forms from the NZIS website. The forms that they are sending are the new version (08/2005). They have to be used if you are submitting your ITA after Nov 18th( which is today). Compared to the previous forms, the new medical exam forms require more tests and more details

I sent in the actual degree certificate to the London NZIS office and that was acceptable.
