There's not an awful lot of AS/400s in Chch, but one site regularly advertises for analyst programmers - I think that it's one of the retail companies (Progressive Retail?). It's the old supply and demand thing - there's not much demand here, but then there's not much supply either so when a company does need someone they can often end up finding it difficult to fill the position.
