Kim, Elaine, Nic, Hayley, Ian, Mark, Fergie, Henry & myself have just spent the weekend in Akitio out on the east coast. Fishing, body boarding and downing the occasional bevvy.

Here's the pics:

Thanks for sharing Diny :nice1 Looks like you guys are having a ball of a time. What better antidote for homesickness than the arrival of the Brierleys :yes So wish we were there with you too.

Still haven't mastered the art of posting photo's (maybe you could PM me some instructions?) but the picture here outside is somewhat different:- 5 nights now of sub zero temperatures and freezing fog - they even predicted snow for most part of Britain by the weekend :exit

Thinking of you all in the sun.

They're not good pictures, they're horrible. And you're being very unkind by posting them. Here we are, stuck in the UK, freezing our bits off and then you come along and show us glorious beaches, sun, sea and the bluest skies imaginable.

Shame on you Diny ;):D

PS Keep 'em coming, nothing motivates me more than seeing wonderful pics like these. :clap

Lovely pics thank you.

I'm having trouble picking out David Hasseloff from behind though. ;)

This is how I feel looking at those pictures because my hubby is there and I am NOT.

With the packers coming on Wednesday, Ian's Gran died last week, I couldn't have a more stressful time on my hands than now.

Sorry if it sound selfish but I feel a tad resentful of Ian having a good time when I need him here.

JoCyberhugs Jo. Sorry to hear you're having a "down" time - remember, it's only temporary and you'll be there soon enough :nice1.

Sorry to hear about Ian's Gran, must be a difficult time.

The packers coming might be a blessing in disguise - it'll certainly take your mind off things.

Take care and hope you get back to your usual sunny self real soon.

Chin up matey - only 4 weeks to go until he's there to collect you. You'll be here as soon as you know it.

Have got the beach house arranged for a weekend when you get here - we even have a fishing rod with your name on it !!!!!

Hang in there little buddy, it'll all be worth it.

(((((((((Cyberhugs from us too)))))))))

You sound like you are having a real rotten time. It's not something any of us could do easily on our own either. But we are thinking of you.

Did you manage to clean the bike? Or did you decide to let Ian pay the Customs/Maf cleaning charges when it gets here? ;)

Chin up, not long til you can run into the surf too.
