My wife starts her new job in Helensville early January. Could anyone recommend where to rent towards Auckland so my Daughter can go to a recommended school and my wife can commute to Helensville.

The North Shaw is an easy drive to Helensville with lots of schools to chose from. Parakai is lovely as are places like Coatsville and Dairy Flat. Somewhere as far north as Walkworth, Leigh and Pakri (fantastic horse riding stable) are not bad drives to Helensville also.
We rented at Whangaparaora which is lovely really lovely with great facilities and about half an hour drive in the morning to Helensville.

Thanks for your reply I'm going to have a good look at the places you mentioned. The only problem i see is the word drive as she is thinking of public transeport, which if I am correct is sporadic.
