Great news for the visa and fingers crossed for the house. We need a buyer for our place as well. Im not holding out for anything pre Jan but hope the new yr will get the market going again.

we have just sold our house .only been on the market 2 days when we got an offer ,just hoping it goes o.k now as we want to move to n z before end of january. I,m flying out from heathrow via singapore to auckland on 1st december for interviews,minus the 4 other new kiwis . Anybody else going th :laugh en?

lucky you,ours has been on about 6 months

the last viewing is looking hopeful though,they are intersted in ours & one down the road,both the same price,but ours has been updated recently
new kitchen,bathroom & double glazing.

the other has old metal frame windows & original kitchen/bathroom,but it has the best gardens on the street! i might have to go & saboutage the garden :laugh
