At long last we have a Email to say that the LTBV has been granted.

They said that our passports will be stamped with work visa's. Now some may know that we are not going to use the LTBV because I have managed to get a job on the OSL.

Can I go to my job with the stamp from the LTBV and then use the EOI that we have submited or will I have to get a two year work visa to cover the time until the EOI is all sorted.

Also I take it that with the LTBV I can go ahead and book one way flights without getting turned away at the airport.

Sorry for all questions but it's getting very close now.

Also exchange rates are not good :(

I think you need to have a chat with the immigration people about the visa switch over, I know that I can only work on the LTBV we have come over on I can't work for anyone else.
