Hi everyone
Could anybody tell me if my son who will be 21 mths in march will be allowed any bag allowance.His ticket cost £80 with malaysia airlines. He will have a cot to go in but still Im wondering if his clothes allowance goes on ours.Any help would be gratful :confused:

would think it would pay you to email or phone malasian airlines and get it straight from them.

Hi, I phoned malaysian airlines today and asked them many questions, including this one as we will be travelling with an 18 month old and an 8 week old. If you have bought your 21 month old a seat they will be entitled to the same baggage allowance as you (only 20 kg), if you haven't then they get a 10kg allowance.

We've decided to go with singapore airlines as the allowance is higher (30 kg) and we've flown with them before and they were excellent.
