Hi, Once You Have Been Sent An Ita How Long Do You Have To Do It? What Would Happen If Your Time Ran Out?
Cheers,
Eddie.

You have within 4 months of the date on the letter which accompanies your ITA.
They wont accept it after that date, so presumably you have to start all over again.
Hope this helps.

4 months as Zardell said Eddie, however, if you have some paperwork problems, they usually allow for that, as long as the ITA is submitted before the 4 months are up. Don't rely on that, but they usually allow a little leeway. If there is any doubt, contact NZIS.

Yep I'm with Steve and Zardell, 4 months to get it all back although if you are waiting for one or two things, they do give you leeway.
Good luck
