Back in Nov this year visited the northern island
and liked the look of New Plymouth, not too small and not too large,
at the coast etc.

Anyone who can give some advise on experience settling in New Plymouth
my wife could probably start there as a nurse... so she is told
we have two small children (4 and 1 year of age)

planned arrival mid next year;
we would ofcourse first rent a place but would like, if possible
to buy something outside town
