We are so happy, as there is no chain and we got what we wanted for the property.

We had two offers on ours yesterday - sadly too far below the asking price to make them acceptable.

Never mind eh? It's got to come right sometime.

Just hold on in there and it will come good in the end. We had two offers before this one from different people and they where very low...

It will happen, it is just a waiting game.

Thanks for the words of encouragement Wendy. We need them at the moment.

We haven't heard anything as yet from the other couple who second viewed our property on Sunday but their parting words to me were "We really love the house, it's the one we want. We'll be contacting the Estate Agent on Monday to get the ball rolling."

Fingers and toes crossed very tightly.... making it very difficult to type I must say.
