Hope some one wouldn't mind telling me.............?

What did you put in your covering letter. Did you tell them all about why you think you will get work and what makes you think you will fit in to NZ way of life etc. Should I tell them that we have chosen where to live after our holiday? Should I mention we are in the process of buying a plot of land or do you think they will think us presumptuous?

I'm panicking as I was read today that not all are offered PR, some get work to res visas. Don't think I want to uproot the kids unless we get PR. :confused:

hi nicola
the covering letter with your ITA is basically telling them what is included in your ITA pack, why you have made any changes from your EOI and if you are sending a full application or if anything is to follow when it arrives, for example i sent my police certificates 4 weeks after i sent the rest of my application. the things that you are worrying about are usually questions that the NZIS will ask you in your interview.
also somebody has put a draught copy of a covering letter on a earlier thread which you may find useful if you can locate it through the search engine.
