Can anyone recommend any lawyer or conveyancing firm (if NZ have conveyancing specialist firms) to deal with a property purchase or sale?
Also any guide to how much they charge or charged you?
Or is it the norm to use a legal representative in this way in NZ?
If anyone knows of any links to any good advisory websites for the legal and practical side of buying and selling houses in NZ that would also be great.
