I am going to be working at 1 of Auckland Hospitals (ADHB) as a nurse and was wondering does anyone have any experiences to share, or advice on what to expect. Also am I right to understand that you have to work for 12 months befor any Annual Leave can be taken!

Are the standards similar to UK????
