Oh the joy and happiness, I just received a call from NZ and now I have a job waiting for me in Hamilton.
Next Friday is the last day in work in my current job. Now only house is keeping us in here and there has already been some buyer candidates.

Employer also promised to help us to find initial accomodation and overall to help us to settle in NZ as smoothly as possible.

I promise to give good discount to all forum members who are interested in buying our house. Location might seem to be a bit remote to you as the house is located in Finland :D

:clap :clap What brilliant news, you must be thrilled. Sounds like a good employer to help you settle in too.

If you don't mind I'll pass on the discount, a bach in Finland is a tad too far right now. :laugh But good luck, I'm sure you'll have no trouble selling.

Have you opened the bubbly yet?

Well thats it, flights are booked.
We leave Finland on 20th of February, stay one night in London and arrive to NZ on 23th. House sold or not.
As I now have secure job and income waiting for me, we can afford to travel without house money. Agency will handle selling even if we're not around anymore. :nice1

:D
Suddenly all things started rolling at unbelieveble speed.

At the beginning of this week I wasn't sure about job in NZ and our house was still for sale. First I got a job offer and now we managed to sell the house :clap

We got a written offer and I accepted it immediately, which basically means that our house has been sold.
Buyer can still pull out, but in that case they have to pay about 6500€ contract penalty.
