Hi I am new here and looking for advice. I am wondering if Biomedical equipment tech's (BMET) are a need in NZ. Just for clarification a BMET is a person who repair and maintains medical equipment (heart monitors, incubators and the like), I am not an engineer there is confusion about that some times. I am having a hard time finding info for jobs in my field. Thanks for any advice, and taking the time to read this.
