Hi All

I don't get a chance to post on here very often, but Happy New Year to you all. I don't know if those of you living in Auckland know about Point Erin pools near Ponsonby? Have a look at this link:

I know about it from living here years ago - it is a stunning spot, especially for kids. The views over the harbour are stunning. When you come over the bridge from the North Shore, in front of you there are tree clad hills - that's Point Erin.

If you fancy a change from the beach, go and take the kids there for a swim.

Hi Marie

The kids will definitely enjoy it. We actually went on Sunday and had a ball. If it's overcast, there is a wonderful indoor aqua centre in Mt Albert with hydro slides, lazy river, wave pool which is also great fun!
