Hi guys,
This is actually my friends problem. She plans to submit her EOI in November. How will application be affected if she gets married in January 2005? They don't qualify as "partners" bec. they do not live together. Can she ammend her declarations during EOI verification?
The reason why she can't wait until Jan 2005 to submiter her EOI is bec. her IELT is expiring in Dec 2004.

i understand you can still amend your declarations even if you've submitted the eoi earlier. don't take my word for it, maybe we both have to review the immigration guidelines again.
