Curious if anyone's had this situation or knows the answer...
If one family member enters NZ without the others, how does that affect the PR requirements of the others?
Would entry by one person validate the initial entry requirement for all? Or would the other family members need to enter at a later date (within the one year deadline)? If the latter, I suppose that the deadlines for settlement (i.e., the 2 yrs) could be different. Also, I don't know what would happen if one person's settlement deadline expired while the another's residency visa was still valid. Ideally, the situation wouldn't even arise.
