Excellent news to start the day with :nice1

Does your points total include a job offer? If not, welcome to the 'ITA waiting game'!

Great news 180 points and a job offer, don't think you will have to wait long for your ITA pack. :clap Best of luck.

Talking about the wait time for ITA. How long does it take to get the docs? My status on the website still says "selected", but if you drill down, it says:
"DecisionSuccessful

We are very pleased to confirm that your Expression of Interest has been successful.

You will shortly receive a letter inviting you to lodge an Application for Residence. The letter will contain information to help you complete your Application for Residence."
It has been like this for 3 weeks now.

I guess it depends where you go for your medicals.
When we phoned there was over a months wait, infact more like 6 weeks, but the next day they phoned with a cancellation. And that was for 2 weeks off. The xrays were almost when we chose.
all the best :nice1

No, I ment I have not received the application forms yet (ITA). Are you saying that I should start booking my medicals already so to get a head-start?

Jonnybravo,
If you have a job offer, yes.
We were the same as friertuck, 180 with a job, the online changed from Selected to "approved" or what ever, then 3 days later the ITA arrived.
You will know your own postion.
It might be good to make a few calls to where you might go for medicals and find out the waiting time, so you will have more information.

Hi Johnny Bravo

Think the wait depends on where your forms are coming from.
Even so, I would expect you to here soon. If nothing within the next week, I'd be tempted to contact your local ZNIS.

Congrats at getting to te next level!

:cheers

Hi

Thanks to everyone for your kind words. I can't believe that finally it's coming together.

Even if the pack comes through quickly, we will have the meds done in NZ as soon as we get there.

The daft thing is, we have a LTBV that has been granted but we won't be using it as there are too many restriction with it.

Good luck to all of you who are still waiting.

:cheers
