Alright as far as your first day goes.

Did you feel like a fish out of water? very much so as they use different rules and regs out here for my job

Were people supportive?
yes very supportive. Was concerned that i had the immigrant status, but was told i was an import:laugh

How did you cope? I was ok, but kept thinking what was i doing there????

How long did it take to settle in? i didn't and walked after 3 days. Am now still looking for another after 3 months. Had one or two offers but nothing i felt comfortable with.

What was it like? Great ,loved it .

Did you feel like a fish out of water? No,fitted straight in ,great bunch of guys.

Were people supportive? very much ,got invited to their houses ,BBQ and New years eve party.

How did you cope? fine ,only problem no AC in van at first ,complained daily ,have it now :nice1

How long did it take to settle in? Straight away , feel like He has been there for ages [only 8 weeks ]

People out here are friendly /positive /upbeat
