Hello All,

This is my first post in this forum.

Today, morning I got an email stating that I am invited to apply for residence and the packet (along with the letter) was posted today.

I submitted my EOI on July 5th and got selected in July 21 selection. My EOI had 115 points , no job offer.

I was given 4 months time to complete the application and post it to New Zealand Embassy, Bangkok.

I am from India, but now working in UK.

Question:
How long does it take to receive the packet?

Now the waiting starts for the packet arrival.

Thanks
DMR

Hi dmr,

congratulations on your status :clap ,

Our status has also changed to decision succesful today as well, we were selected on September 15th with 110 points, (this changed to 170 points after I faxed my job offer to the eoi team). We fly to Christchurch on 9th November (can't wait).

Sorry I can't answer your question! just thought I would share!

All the best

Iain & Liz :nice1

Hi,
How did you managed to get email from them? I need to go to the website to get the latest status.
Current status is: Decision Successful."You will shortly receive a letter inviting you to lodge an Application for Residence"
I have been waiting for 3 weeks already for such a letter. :wah
What does your current status show?
Did they state in the email that you have 4 months to complete the application?
Let us know as soon as you get the forms.

Good luck

Hi

I checked the Online Status too. It's also changed to 'Decision Successfull' (right hand side link under the Status ). When click that link, it pops up the same message (as you have).

I am not sure about email. They might have sent it for courteous sake. My login profile had email address.

Along with the email, they had attached a copy of the letter which they posted (along with the packet). In that letter it was mentioned that this Invitation is not indefinite. I need to complete it and send along with all the forms before Feb xx, 2005.

Hope this info. helps.

Thanks
dmr
