Is there anybody on line that can give us any advise please:

Do we go for Tauranga / Mount M? or look out of town?
if out of town please give suggestions?

If you have enough cash to buy somewhere here, I would always recommend the Mount. If not you could look towards Papamoa, Pyes Pa, Welcome Bay etc. They all have their good points and bad points. As a whole the Western Bay is just Fab.
