We first saw the doctor on the 2nd of Feb, I saw him again today and he finished filling out our forms for us. So we now have 2 dates, the Feb 2 day and Feb 20 day. I know I have 3 months before they "expire" but which day would they expire on?

Also, he's refering me off for treatment of my hyperactive thyroid (he's only a family doctor so does not know much about it), and has checked the "abnormal findings" box at the end. This means the file will be reviewed by a NZIS doctor, so I'm planning just to include some sort of report when I do see the specialist.

I noticed that I was slightly out of the normal range (up to 99) on the glucose test (I was 102). But the dr was not concerned so did not test further. I'm worried now that the NZIS dr will send me back for more testing. Grrrr.


So I'm the hold up in the family now. Blame me.

I would read it to expire three months from the day they finished testing or signed the forms off, the 20th.
