My husband and I've been talking about the long process the NZQA, applying to the teachers council and applying for a job can be. What are your thoughts on getting the ball rolling with the NZQA and then heading to NZ? From your own experiences, or maybe from people you know, is just getting yourself to NZ the way to go...even before all the paper work is done?
