Yep - we had no one round for months, then with the open house we had 2 lots of people round, and one lot went straight back to the Estate Agents and put their house on themarket in order ot buy ours!
So I would say it's something defintiely worth doing.

Oh Aydon, what a shame! This is such a roller coaster, isn't it, huge highs followed by deep lows. Really sorry to hear that news :(
Still, your experience shows that it can and will happen quite unexpectedly, so chins up all round.
