Hi all, :D
House went on the market Monday this week. Advertised on t'internet and then in local press from Wednesday. Had a viewer booked for Thursday evening but they cancelled due to the bad weather( heavy snow in the evening) but rearranged for 11 am this morning, all went well.
Next callers were booked for 6 pm. Dear wifey done the honours this time as I'm working shift. They came and went after about 1 hr.

At 8 pm they returned and have offered full asking price. They will be contacting agents first thing in the morning. They have no chain their end as they have sold already. I know its early days yet, but :eek: .
I may have to source a rental a little sooner than I'd planned.
