We paid $255 for the section ,for the house including plans approx $310.

Power [Electric and Gas ] and Telephone were already installed.

The sections are now over $300.

Houses are worked out as a general rule per square metre. Between $1000 and $1600 per square metre depending on what building matierals are used and whether it is a single or double story. Single story work out cheaper per square metre.

Saw the pics and thus the house looks good. The builders seem to have done a good job. :)

But phew....the prices are steep huh! Seems like you made a good buy last time.
