Whatever points you have this topic is for us.

 I have a question wether you can specifically say that you prefer to have be on a Work to Residence policy on your application ( 2 year deferment ). Let me explain..

We do know that our case assesment will be referred in >

Assessment of ability to settle and contribute
http://www.immigration.govt.nz/nzis/operations_manual/6425.htm

As stated above in b. ( if you do not qualify for those in a. )further assesment will be done to determine our ability to successfully settle and contribute or can realise our potential to successfully settle in and contribute. In which case >

Assessment of whether a principal applicant* can realise...
http://www.immigration.govt.nz/nzis/operations_manual/6426.htm

In which stated in c.ii you may be elligeble for WR6. > http://www.immigration.govt.nz/nzis/operations_manual/6521.htm

Again, I am thinkin if ever we get our invitation to apply, we can specifically request NZIS to have us directly assesed on this policy to shorten processing times ( less burden on both sides ). What do you folks think?
