SORRY SHOULD READ FINGERS CROSSED,,,NERVES?

Buckle up Linden you're in for a hell of a ride but enjoy the highs while you can.

regardin your question have you a job offer as they prioritise those quicker otherwise it can take 2-3 months.

Ring NZIS and speak to your allocated case officer to confirm timings.

Go for it, but........................what sort of chain have you got with the house. We have 'sold' our property 3 times to the same buyer now as the person at the bottom of the chain keeps losing his buyers, and its only a three house chain. Because they have all had to drop the price we keep gettng requests to lower our price too. since agreeing a price originally we have had to drop a further £4000. and time is passing which is getting to be a bit frustrating. So while I hate to be a killjoy and definately go for it the house isn't really sold for sure until you have the money in your mitts. It does tend to give you a rollercoaster ride this selling and buying of houses.
