'PENSION' question:
Although not strictly a pension, as a US military veteran (Vietnam era Submariner) with honorable medical discharge, I receive a monthly "Compensation" benefit for my traumatic arthritis disability (both knees). I'm assuming that this benefit can remain being automatically deposited in my US bank and funds wire transfered to a NZ Bank account as needed. Would anyone here know where I could find out more about doing this? Or, would it be possible to have a US Treasury benefit payment directly deposited in a NZ account?
