1. Having hunted high and low for my quals at school, O levels etc, do you actually need to send these off to NZQA (as they don't gain any points).
I've don't really have info stating that I completed my final year at secondary school (do have some reports though).

2. There's also only 2 sections to put in your qualifications gained at junior or secondary school, are you meant to attach more pages. Or is the form badly designed?

3. As I was the owner of the last 2 companies, would copies of accounts showing my name as a director be acceptable, plus a few pay slips?

4. Can anyone tell me whether I need to get my OH's qual assed by NZQA if I am claiming 10 points for her. It's the same as my own which is assesed at a level 5, but not on the list (as mine wasn't). Obviously I'd sooner keep the $450.

1. Not in my experience. They were not asked for when not sent off. Just sent the trade qualification that actually needed to be assessed.

2. Don't know. Badly designed would be my guess.

3. I think copies of accounts are acceptable as proof of work.

4. Yes, if you are claiming points for a qualification the they have to be assessed.
