Wow that was quick - estate agent took pics on sat at 12.30 - had viewers on sunday at 12.30 & they've offered today !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

eeeeeekkkkkk - NZIS will tell us their decision on the 30th of this month - I thought the house would sell quick - but 2 days is just plain silly :p

My mother in law doesn't call me mrs bucket for nothing :yes I am a tad houseproud - still loving some of the property on display on NZ websites with dirty clothes & dishes galore - not !!!!!!

It's not worth diddly squat untill its signed on the dotted line though........

Well done on your house sale - we know how you feel although I think ours sold quicker!

The estate agent came and took photos and details at lunchtime on the Thursday, officially went on the market at 3.00pm that afternoon, people to view at 6.30pm that evening and told us they would put in an offer the next morning. At 9.00am on the Friday the estate agents called to say they had offered the asking price!!!!

The excitement has worn off now though as this was about 6 or 7 weeks ago and now NOTHING is happening although it is all still going through! Must admit we're not ready to go yet anyway, even tho OH has a job offer in NZ, as we've not got those elusive blue stickers yet!!!!

Again, well done and I hope everything goes smoothly.
