Well my friends, here i am again!
I went as i said before down of the north island and spend some time in the Wairarapa looking for the oportunities i could have by living there.
I found the Wairarapa so beautiful, with the relax and do it yourself kinda mentality. I LOVED that almost every body in each town knew each other.
People is so friendly!!! I was staying in Carterton for the weekend with my mother in law partner and we had a blast! He took my husband and I in his Willy Jeep from 1942 thru all Featherston, Carterton, Greytown and Masterton I need to say I loved Greytown that town really has a caracter i loved it, from there i liked Carterton, then Featherson and at last but not least Masterton (just the west area), i dont know why i like Masterton the least i mean it has everything there more than the other little towns we visited but it was just something that did not clicked with me, do not take me wrong is a nice place, i mean you have a wonderful park and lots and lots of things to do, but if it was in my choice i will be staying in greytown, carterton or featherston(just some parts of it tho)
We were most of the time in Carterton 'cos there is where we stayed and we were about to put an offer to a house there when we came back to auckland, but i had my doctor's appointment and he told me i need surgery in my back so that delayed our plans of moving down :wah
We were also in Parts of Wellington which i particularly LOVE but the housing is not affordable for my husband and I yet.
So I guess we will need to wait and see what happens later on and hopefuly i will be fixed by the time we go down again so i can go back to work and we can afford the house of our dreams.
My husband and I will like to thank all of the people that helped us to make up ur minds about the Wairarapa and Wellington area.
God Bless you all!

Great to hear you had a lovely time touring around the Wairarapa and Wellington.

Fingers crossed the surgery goes well. You'll be back down here before you know it :nice1
