Hi,

I've been desperately trying to find a thread but it has disappeared into the ether. :confused:

All that I remember was that it had a useful telephone number for UK NZIS and gave a telephone number that was a) not a toll number and b) actually got you through to a human being.

I hope that this isn't too vague but it was such a useful number that I am hoping that someone here will remember.

And a good tip for anyone getting ripped off by 0870 numbers, look at the website saynoto0870.com, loads of tips in there to bypass the IVR's (annoying answerphones to you and me!) - 0870 numbers can cost NATIONAL rate, don't tell you that in the blurb do they?

I've been using the say no site to find out which number to call from overseas instead of the so called 'lo call' numbers. It's brilliant. :clap:clap
