Can someone please post a list of the thing you need to submit with your ita ?

It would help me try and get them togther early, we were selected Aug 18th, but are still at selected. I want to be able to return the ITA as quickly as possible.

Thanks

Hi foolsgold99,

They give 4 months time after mailing you the ITA packet. I guess this should be sufficient enough time.

They asked for the following things:
0: Filled Application (for me and my family)
1. Police certificates from all the countries I (and family) lived for more than 12 months past 10 years
2. Medical and X-Ray certificates(they gave list of doctors in my home town)
3. Original or certified copies of educational, work experiences, passport, birth certificates, marriage certificate.
4. English Language requirements

Hope this helps.

Good luck to you

Thanks

Hi

Your ITA is very specific to what you had stated in your EOI
But as a rule of thumb, you will need all the following

Birth Certs
Passports
Medicals ( not more 3 months old)
Police Certs ( for all countries that you had stayed for a duration of more than 12 months ( even if your stay was broken by a few months)
Your qualifications. ( If your quals are not on the NZIS recognised list, you will require NZQA assessment)
Photographs
Application fee.
Work experience ( letters of appointment, pay slips, job descriptions, contracts etc)
Your NZ job offer ( if you have a job offer, or if you are already employed in NZ, your contract)
If you are not from an English speaking country you will need an IELTS test results ( should not be more than 2 years since you obtained the IELTS results, with a score not less than 6.5 )
If you have a University degree or a trade qualification, you may get by without the IELTS test, if you can prove that the medium of instruction for your training was conducted in english.

You can submit certified copies of the originals if you dont want to part away with your originals.
Even if you do send in the originals, they will make copies of them and let you have them very soon.

I think thats about it unless someone can think of anything else that I might have missed.

All that is required will be in the ITA and also there will be a Guide booklet that gives you the details of what is required

cheers

Thanks Abdul

I think you're the first person to tell us what the ITA requests :nice1

Do you have to submit the passport with the EOI or only on acceptance? I ask because I travel regularly with work so can't be without my passport for any great length of time.

Thanks for all the info Abdul! :nice1
