Lou and I just submitted our EOI. Thanks to everyone in the forum who answered our newbie questions, and earlier questions we searched, enabling us to do this so quickly.
Cheers,
Ian .... and Lou (for once sitting next to me as I type)

Good luck then, you will find the next 2 weeks will go slow as you wait for the selection date to come (we did ;) ).....but you will be with good company as you wait....
heres to loads of patience and luck

yay !!!
This forum is great - especially for venting / bragging / celebrating & stressing about things that everyone else who knows you - has not got the foggiest about :laugh
Its about the only place I feel relatively normal at the moment - in the real world, I only know one other person who is emigrating - its nice to be able to come on here & talk emigration speak to others who are singing from the same song sheet as it were .

Well done Ian and Lou.......it's a weird feeling isn't it ? Exciting, but scary at the same time.
I'll save my bananas for your 'We've been selected' post in a couple of weeks. :yes

Good luck guys.
This is the worst part in some ways. Waiting for the selection and then the ITA, you really feel in limbo for a time.
You can always come on here and know that some one will have been going through it too. That really helps when you need a rant. :laugh
Good luck with the EOI.

I agree, Vic...Family are not interested (woe behold you sound excited at the thought of moving away from them)
So this Forum is the life line that has kept me and Rob sane.............that and a trip away for the night when we can afford it!
have you found that your up early in the morning, on it at lunch and last thing at night...or is that me just been addicted :laugh :laugh
oh well.....maybe I went slightly crazy in the wait!

Well done Ian and Lou,
you know where to come and rant when you get frustrated waiting over the next few days!

I wish you a good luck. 2 weeks are not a long time to wait.

Well done Ian and Lou
We know just how you feel we are waiting to see if we get an ITA. I think I am the worst person at waiting.
All the best
