I am having a brief look at your expression of interest (EOI)

I have noticed that you are in New Zealand, do you now have an offer of
skilled employment?

If this is the case I can carry on with your case (we here in the London
branch are the fastest office to make decisions on these cases) The
application fee here is £520, whereas it is $660 in New Zealand.

If you do not have a job offer I shall have to transfer your case to New
Zealand for processing.

Could you please respond to this email by 28/10/04.

Hmm received this today.... :nice1

Moorf,
Forgive me for being a bit dim but isn't $660 around £250 thats a significant amount less than processing here - I don't understand why they wish to transfer if they will lose so much cash it doesn't seem to add up???
Let us know what thats all about if you get to the bottom of it
Love
a slightly confused Linda xx

Well, it seems that it's just cheaper to process in NZ (salaries? etc)... I think we'll ask for it to be transferred!!! Perhaps cos we are already here and have recently requested our EOI contact address be amended to our NZ one that this has flagged it up.

But that was exactly as their emailed quoted - cut and pasted it!
